South Calgary Econo Lodge Reservation
Policies
|
- Check-In time is anytime after
3PM
- Check-Out time is 11:00 AM
- The Econo Lodge South Calgary
considers guests aged 18 and older,
at time of travel, to be adults.
Children will stay free in the same
room as a paying adult when using
existing bedding.
- Please advise Front Desk at
check-in of the exact number of
adults, children and/or pets.

Payment Policies & Deposit Information

- A valid credit card must
be presented at check-in.
- We accept cash and debit with
a deposit and valid government issued
photo I.D.
- You may pay by credit card,
cash, or traveler's cheques.
- A valid credit card is required
to secure your reservation. The
hotel will authorize the credit
card on the day of arrival. If we
are unable to secure authorization
on the credit card, the hotel reserves
the right to ask for alternate payment
and/or cancel the reservation.

Reservation Cancellation Policies

- Cancellation policy is 24hrs
prior to arrival day. Our cancellation
policy may change during special
events; please contact us directly.

Currency
|
- All rates are confirmed and
will be charged in CAD dollars

Extra guests
|
- All room rates are based on
single or double occupancy
- An additional charge of $10+Tax
and levy per night will apply for
each guest above double occupancy
(to a maximum of 4 additional guests).

|
- Rollway beds are available for
$10 + Tax per night each, subject
to availability; please request
in advance
- Cribs are available free of
charge at the front desk.

Pet Policy

- Pets are allowed with restrictions
